I have IBS and anxiety and all my symptoms at the minute are completely all over the place. Going to call doctors tomorrow and see if they can advise on getting IBS under control. Anyone else ever just feel completely down and fed up of living with anxiety. And not that they want to die, but they don’t want to live like this anymore?

I am actually on here right now because I need support. I don't have IBS but I got diagnosed with a heart issue 2 yrs ago and underwent a procedure a month ago to fix it. I have panic attacks and anxiety because of the heart issue and was actually doing better after the procedure. A week after I was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism and the flu and that set me off big time. I hate anxiety. I hate it so much. You're not alone
