How bad is it?

Well...I have OCD (Hypochondria) for years and since February I have panic attacks that came back all day. What’s in the picture? Blood pressure monitor, ECG/EKG, Pulse Oximeter, endoscope (to go down throat), cardiologists stethoscope, and the mirror...to check my pupils and check for strokes and what not.

Have you gotten a clean bill of health? If so, throw it away. You are not helping yourself. I had to delete pulse apps, medical chart apps, etc.
