Hi beautiful people, in my attempt to get my life back, overcome my obstacles, and laugh fear in the face. I started a blog titled "Lalas Journey" I speak about my struggles, what I went through and still go through, and what I experience through my job with taking people through the aid-in-dying process.
I hope that it gives you strength, laughter, courage, and the ability to face fear and eventually conquer it.
Love all of you beautiful people!!! We got this!!

Good for you Lala, it's great that you feel confident enough in yourself and your progress to be able to blog about it. This website and others helped me realize that I wasn't alone and that there are many other people going through similar issues/symptoms as i had.
I've also found it very helpful to write and comment about my own process and recovery. It has helped me understand it better to articulate it and it has reinforced for me how much progress I have made.
The old saying, "we teach that which we must learn" is really true for anxiety.
