Feel like I'm going crazy

I have had anxiety for as long as I can remember, but it has never been this bad before. I am tapering off lexapro because I no longer have insurance to get it, I can't even keep a job because of this hell. Im dizzy everytime I stand up for long periods of time, I get breathless, my mind starts racing, thinking the worst over little situations, this is just torture, sometimes, in feel like I'm going absolutely crazy in my head and theres nothing I can do to stop it. This is just pure hell and I wish it would just go away, it's taking over my life! Anyone else have it as bad as me? Or is this just me?

You're not alone. I've been struggling with it for the last year and I'm the beginning it was hell. But thankfully I've gotten better (knock on wood). But I'm not 100% the old me. Like I haven't been able to work in all that time and school has been hard. Just going out is hard so I stay home and sadly I stopped seeing friends because of how anxious I get. But I've slowly started to face my fears and it's hard every time but I'm slowly breaking down those walls.

There is hope, you'll get better with time.
