Can anxiety cause morning sickness? I have already tested for pregnancy and it's negative. I'm so scared I have some deadly disease, I woke up feeling like crap, my head felt funny and I feel like I'm gonna throw up. Can anxiety cause this?

Anxiety most certainly can cause a feeling of nausea first thing in the morning, I've had that, though not to the point of actually feeling like I was going to feel sick.
See how it goes, maybe start the day with some tea made by slicing a piece of ginger root paper thin then steeping it in hot water and sip it.
If the morning nausea persists maybe see your doctor for an opinion but even if it isn't anxiety related it's not likely to be too serious and can be easily treated.
I sort of forgot about it and it went away, it died from lack of attention. So don't wake up and start testing yourself to see if it's there or your imagination will bring it on. Just accept it for the time being.
I used to wake up and gag in the morning from anxiety. Fast forward to now...my acupuncturist recommended I wear Sea Bands (for seasickness) on my wrists. They hit the pressure points on your wrists that affect seasickness and anxiety, too. I wear them all the time. Try them! They might help!
