Hey guys, does anyone else wake up feeling nauseous or queasy? I woke up this morning and it was so bad i couldn't go back to sleep. I tried to drink water but that didn't really help much. And i haven't been having sex so another baby couldn't be it

Feeling sick in the morning
Good morning,
Can you recall anything from the night before; anything you ate, drank, might’ve accidentally inhaled fumes from somewhere, something or someone?
Otherwise it could just be some suppressed anxiety...something the human body can go through in the morning because since you were asleep that anxiety didn’t have a chance to come out cause you were probably in a deep sleep.
You might wanna see your doctor for a 2nd opinion.
I have this problem from time to time for me it is anxiety it usually happens when I'm stressed
Happens to me a lot. Just had one again. I usually get these issues due to too much stress, and trust me when I say it's anxiety. I've had this happen to me a few times already due to my anxiety. It's a terrible feeling, but I got used to it and so it doesn't scare me or anything.
Because you are still affected by the recent loss of your baby maybe this fake 'morning sickness' is your nervous system playing games on you. It's too much of a coincidence not to be connected. Just accept it without stress and it will pass in time.
the only thing i drink is water or tea and i had salad and meat for dinner.
try open a window or sit by a fan, as long as its cold it might help. it does for me when im about to throw up.
I also wake up and feel horrible, I’m sure it has to do w/meds I take ( have had a transplant & take immunosuppressants) I also take lexapro plus anxiety meds. Lately I can hardly get myself out of bed &feel HORRIBLE For a few hours before I get my energy and feel human
I talke to my doc but she knows how neurotic I am and will talk w psychiatrist next mo
I hope you’re feeling better soon
