I don’t feel like I was sleeping on it. And it was just my hand, not my arm. I was laying on my left side. And it just freaked me out when I looked up the reasons as to why people wake up with numb hands. It could be that I clench my hands while sleeping. And I have been trying to reduce my stress. And I also got a new bed. Any advice?
