Falling dropping sensation in my stomach

Hey Guys, I'm 20 years old and I've been experiencing this since I was in grade school. I noticed that the only time I get this feeling is if I know I'm going to have to sit straight up and still or stand straight up and be still. It also happens when I have to lay down and be still such as if youre in the dental office. Its weird. I haven't been able to find the name for it. or what my symptom may be exactly. I've spoken to co workers that work in the nursing field and are also not too sure what it may be. I know it isn't vertigo because I've had friends that have had vertigo before and they say they get a dizziness but in my case I don't get dizziness. I tend to shake when I'm trying to control it when I feel it coming on, and sometimes it goes away quickly on its own or sometimes I'd have to pull over while driving because it also affects my vision. It comes out of no where sometimes when I tell myself to be still. So i'm guessing it has something to do with my motion whether i'm moving or staying still. I have an appointment to see my doctor today to talk more about what it may be and I'm really hoping they won't put me on antidepressants, but I also have a behind the wheel test to take coming up this month on the 20th and I really wanna try to be able to drive fine with the instructor because I also notice that it happens when I drive, only if theres a passenger, but if I'm alone, I tend to be ok. Its like that feeling you get when youre going down on a drop on a rollercoaster, except I get this feeling when I'm having to focus and be still. I also hope my doctor will try to understand and not try to prescribe placebo. I know it is anxiety though because I can't see what else it may be. Please let me know what you guys think, if any of you guys have had similar symptoms and have seeked treatment and what treatment worked, etc. Like I said I've been having this problem since grade school and its keeping me from living my life and being happy. I can't go to the dental office without flipping that its gonna get me tripped out because in reality I am fine with sitting in the chair, i'm not scared of the dental office at all. Its laying down and realizing my anxiety is gonna pop off while I'm being worked on. Same situation when I go in for an eye exam and I have to focus and be still, I just get the butterflies feeling and I try to tell myself to make it go away and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. First post, so please don't judge. thanks!
