I can't stop crying. Dr took klonopin down 1/4mg last tues. How can I get control. I want to be happy again.

I'm sorry your hurting, but I would talk to your doctor as soon as you can and let them know what's going on with you, they may need to do something different to help you out.

Can you think of anything at all that might help; a warm bath or listening to music or making a delicious drink? I hope you manage to find some relief.

Because I can't stop being afraid of the thoughts and anxiety. I can't stop being afraid and sad.
