Crying
What medication are you taking
That’s a lot of meds when you started the meds did they increase little by little and see how you felt? My psychiatrist really managed my medication then we started the therapy ways to reduce my anxiety
The crying is understandable, this has been going on for sometime and you want it to get better. Trees2357, for me, holding onto God is how I cope. I know we struggle to explain these illnesses we experience. But I think it could be explained by the Word of God. Fear brings torment, 1 John 4:18 tells us perfect love cast out all fear, for fear brings torment, punishment, those that fear have not been perfected in love. It is further explained by the thought patterns we allow to build up in our minds that try to take control of our thoughts. That is why we can have good days and bad days. The thought pattern tries to find its way back in. We must retrain our minds to think on thoughts that are good. It is a process, we do challenge the thoughts when they come into our heads. Show no fear because you know the patterns are there and your goal is to change them. I use the Bible to retrain my thoughts. Of course we may have to address the issues that caused the negative thought patterns through therapy and we may have to use medication to help us cope. But know this that you can get your healing and deliverance from this negative thought patterns. 2 Corinthians 10:4🙏💕
Sorry, wrong scriptural reference. I corrected it. I am working on memorizing the references without looking them up. Sorry.
I feel like God isn’t helping me.
