Has anyone taken Brainpower Anti-X?

Really struggling but part of my anxiety is a fear of taking tablets.

I have been offered Sertraline and Citropram but could not bring myself to take them.

I have purchased these Nootropics as they are a traditional remedy but I am still struggling to pluck up the courage to take them.

Has anyone taken these please? Did they work? Was there any side effects?
