Heart flutters..?

I had some heart flutters twice today like my heart was jumping or something ?

Anyone else have these?

Wasn’t even stressed

I was just ether sitting down or on the couch

It’s really strange

Yea i be having those from time to time it catches me by surprise and that's what scares me the most about it i'll kinda get shortness of breath afterwards.

I didn’t get any shortness of breath but I did freak out a bit

Yes I get them from time to time, even when I’m just relaxing and doing nothing. I don’t like it but I know it’s part of my anxiety.
