Good Morning Everyone On my way to surgery soon

so i woke up and feel my heart beating hard and and in my body i can feel my pulse in my body im a bit nervous because of it and also because is surgery day i just hope ill be fine because my heart when im sleeping i can feel it in my body its wierd and and my back and behind my head could feel my pulse hopefully everything goes well.
