fullness in ear

Has anyone succesfully managed to get rid of the fullness in ear caused by anxiety??

Yeah I have... I had it all the time for about 10 months along with daily headaches. Then it just went. The only thing I did at all different was a bit of exercise... which I know isn’t what you wanna do when your feeling really anxious but i think it may have helped.

I’ve had the fullness in ear thing for about 9 years and have had no luck at all with it. My hearing is going down hill rapidly. Hope someone has an answer. God bless.

its really annoying.. Im taking diazapam tablets which bring it down but it never really goes away for me.. im hoping to find an anti depressant that gets rid of it

Could be problems with the SCM muscles in the neck.... Go look it up, SCM muscle symptoms and how to solve it.

I will have a look at that, thank you... Ive started taking Citalopram anti depressant with the hope it will lessen or get rid of the flippin ear pressure... never know....

thank you.. i just read that someone had ear pressure and citalopram got rid of it in 5 weeks!!! thats enough to give me hope that it may work!!!

Has anyone seen an ENT about this? I really need the education. I went once because I wasn't hearing, and turned out I had a sinus infection. Once that was cleared up my hearing was fine. How did you learn your ear issues are related to anxiety?

i have other synptoms too.. The psychiatrist said it was a common symptom for anxiety, if i have a diazapam it goes away
