Oh my gosh, yes. Large stores in general are the worst for me. Plus the white lights are absolutely terrible.

I recovered from derealisation 30 years ago but it comes back slightly in very large supermarkets and you're right it's the intense bright artificial light that does it.

I wear light colored sunglasses in stores or anyplace the lights are disturbing to me. Pam

Me too. I have had a lot of retina detachments so it makes it really bad

Got on shades right now sitting on the sofa. Head splitting ears ringing. Afraid to take advil for fear of bp rise. May have to chance it and take one..all experimental..

Ask your pharmacist the best otc pain relief for your circumstance. They have a lot of information about drugs and interactions etc. I think people forget what a reliable resource they are. Pam

Wow so this is a real thing??? I swear I thought/think Im crazy since I feel so off and weird and disconnected when I'm in Target and Lowe's and the supermarket. Just knowing that I'm not the only one helps me immensely! But ugh, I think I'll stick to Amazon : )
