I'm scared y'all. Anyone gets skipped heart beats? I get them and it feels like pauses and they sometimes feel like the pauses are 1 second and it feels like I have to catch my breath. Anyone gets this ?

Yep nothing new here for me get them all the time. Hard to do but try not to pay them much attention or i find that magnesium helps with them.
Hi Isaack, Do you think it happens when you're extra tired? I think sometimes too much caffeine or sugar causes this. Or if you had too much to eat? Maybe that's why you have skipped beats. Hope you feel better very soon 😊
Mine are triggered by stomach issues, lack of sleep, and dehydration. Mag helps me also.
