I have anxiety and pain in stomach, ribs, back, left arm for five years. I'm getting worse because I'm afraid of anxiety. I'm sad all the time. Trying to decide if I should go inpatient at thr ranch.

Inpatient might be a very helpful idea. It does seem that you need to do something as you have been in this state for quite some time, and it is certainly appropriate to take some positive action to try to improve your state.
I read reviews from patients and they are not good. I don't want to go.

Well, then you have to come up with a plan of your own to improve your mental state. What I have read from people on this site who have had inpatient care has been very positive. There are only a few options. These are inpatient therapy, outpatient therapy, meditation, CBT, hypnosis, calming tapes, Claire Weeks book, soothing tapes from you tube, or self calming techniques. You have to be the one to take the first steps. No one else can take them for you. I wish you luck in your choices.
