Finding the right SSRI for comorbid anxiety and depression.....

Recurrent anxiety after 12 years.....tried goin up on sertraline Had been on 50mg for years and weaned myself off.....was doing ok till some scarey medical stuff with hubby......right back to severe anxiety all day.....can't eat, do anything that interests me......have to find my way out of this mess😔

Hey there, if sertraline was working for you, try to start it again, gradually.

This time try to make it to 100 since the full therapeutic dose is 100 for 6 months.

For the first weeks, add a benzo too.

I know how it feels to have this amount of anxiety burden on you.

My daughter thinks I should try going up on the prozac since I'm on 10 now, maybe go to 15 for a while, go slowly....
