Could this be a panic attack?

Went to pick the kids up from school. Felt dizzy, going to pass out, head going to pop, ears full, shakey but also felt really cold. I thought panic attacks made you hot. Home now but just feel dreadful. Have bad anxiety at the moment but thought I was having a reasonable day. Does this sound like anxiety????

Yes, I get these symptoms when I go out although lately I have been in a better place and sometimes I even get them when in home just doing nothing.
