I literally have the same thing right now on the left side... just took 2 aleve to seeif that helps

Hello did the aleve help?? I was given muscle relaxer but i try not to take meds.

Yes. I take 2 and it helps. It'sfrom the back of my head and pressure in my eye

Glad it helps, i just been trying to stay calm & notice the teeth clinching & frowning i do mines across my forehead & a tight feeling by my temple & above my ear it actually feels like a tightning muscle on that side

When u say muscle tension is that a Tension headache with the tight band feeling arcross your forhead & eyes?? Temple??

Yup! Exactly. A slight pain... like a small headache with pressure in eyes and across forehead.

Ive been feeling that too for the last 2 days ik this probably has nothing to do with it but excessive yawning it just came out of no where ive gotten them before

I have notice that i clinch my teeth alot i catch myself doing it then i relax it before long i"m doing it again
