Hi, I’ve recently joined here to see if anyone else is experiencing or has been through how I’m feeling at the moment. I’ve been suffering with anxiety for as long as I can remember I think even when I was a child (I’m 26 now) but back then & for many years I never knew what this feeling was in my chest. Like a constant tight can’t breathe feeling, like I’m always gasping for breath.
Anyway to date my anxiety has improved but I now seem to feel anxious every couple of weeks for no reason what so ever. Things in my day to day life are great, I have two healthy happy children (4&1), me & my partner (of 6 years) are better than ever, i started my own cupcakes business last year which has really taken off. I don’t have any reason to be anxious yet this week it’s reslly hit me, I’ve got that horrible heavy feeling in my chest & my heart feels like it’s going to explode sometimes. Even my sex drive has disappeared just like that when last week I was fine, I just don’t know what’s wrong with me?! How can I feel this way when nothing has triggered it, does anyone else have this? Is there even an explanation for it?
