So today has been odd. I haven't felt anxious but what's made me feel anxious is my appetite is completely gone. I've had maybe a couple crackers with some spread, I made dinner and I don't want anything. What is going on ):

Hi they call the stomachs the second brain.and if we are anxious or feeling depressed we don't feel hungry.I have days where I don't feel hungry and its usually after I have been feeling stressed or anxious. Try not to worry about it,I know my appetite will return once my body calms down.just drink plenty of hot drinks and milk until your feeling hungry again.
