Me again needs some reasurrence
Moaning. Sharing. It's all the same here. I can relate to you feeling rubbish. Dizziness, walking on sponge/foam like feelings, muscle stiffness, aches, pains. Feels like it will never end but it does get better and does go away at times. Thing is when it's there it's so intense that it feels like it never go away or ever will. Can I ask if you try any relaxation techniques? I know it's not easy when you're feeling cr*p but controlling your breathing in whatever way works best for you definitely helps with the physical nature of anxiety. Can you do something that will also take your mind to a better place, distract your thoughts perhaps??

Hi Natty - I know this is easy to say, but with 3 young children, you really NEED to factor in some ME-TIME! Presumably the older children go to school - is there a friend, relative, pre-school, who will have the 2 yr old for a few hours while they are at school? Do try to find some way of doing this, then "plan" your me-time - whatever works for you, whether it's catching up on sleep, sitting in the garden, a walk in the park, or just chilling out with a movie/book. You don't say if you have a partner, but if so, can s/he take the kids out for an afternoon, let you have some down-time? I really think you need to give yourself time and permission to just be Natty for a while, not someone's parent.
