I have just very recently lost my grandmother who meant the most to me, with having anxiety on top of the feeling of depression.. does anyone have any advice as to what I can do? Thankyou

Hi! I am in such a similar position, i lost my gran in June after a short illness and she was the heart and soul of our family so it has been really rough. My gran was the best at advice and always knew what to do and when im struggling i always imagine what she would say to me and it really works and helps me. Maybe try that? X
