Motion sickness

Hi. ive been geting motion sickness at night most time but i get headace before i get it.

then i become really light headed like enviorment is wobbly. but i do get really nervors and get heart palpitations. is this normal? if anyone could help me i be thankful

The light headed sounds like a symptom of anxiety. The nausea can come if you are getting migranes it's one of the side effects. I too get motion sick when I ride in a car or the train

Lightheadedness, nausea and palpitations are all part of anxiety but best to go to the doctors and get the palpitations checked and your motion sickness.
