It started out with neck pain which slowly progressed to face tingling on left side of face from temple to jaw. About a month ago I started having headaches that would come and go in short durations. I also have constant pain behind my left eye. I've gone to ent had neck ct... normal...went to neurologist brain mri normal...recently I've been feeling lightheaded and dizzy. This has all been in a span of 9 months. I feel like I get worse every day. I've also had blood tests and heart tests due to my racing heart...everything normal. Doctor said it was anxiety. I feel like a completely different person from last year. I'm sure some of it could be anxiety but I've never had physical symptoms like this before.

It went away for couple of months and came back and went away again... it’s just a symptom of feeling anxious. I think beta blockers helped a bit.

Hey sorry to bring you back into this after 3 years. How did everything turn out? Do your symptoms still come and go?

For me mine has gotten a lot better, not completely gone but I do think its anxiety induced. I think it could be tmjd related for myself also. I've been to the doctor for literally everything you could imagine and everything always comes back normal. The less I focused on it the less I noticed it. When I'm stressed it comes back but its been a lot better and not as scary for me anymore.
