Panic attacks

I can’t get over my panic of a heart attack going to happen I have palpitations all the time and get chest pains. I have really bad gerd problem right now I don’t know if that plays a role in it but I also can’t drive far without freaking out and I’ve never had a problem driving before when I get in the car my stomach and gerd seem to act up leading to a panic attack. Anyone have any advise? I take abilify 10 mg 1 time a day and klonopin 3 times a day 1 mg and I still have this panic feeling and racing thoughts
