I did it!

Well, after living with my dad for the past six months while I dealt with my newly diagnosed anxiety, I've finally moved back out and survived my first night on my own. I also managed to complete a drive greater than twenty miles on my own without anyone in the car with me. I'm ecstatic. This is the first time in months I've done any of those things.

Well done!

It shows that mountains can be conquered! I truly appreciate the amount of effort that must have taken. I think you totally deserve to be ecstatic!

It’s always good to hear some positives too!

Keep up the good work!

The driving one was actually the hardest. I had my first panic attack while driving. It was horrid and made me not want to drive.

Panic attacks are horrid! You have shown that it is possible to move on, quite literally!

Excellent!

Good luck for the future.

Excellent Trippy, you did what you feared and now the death of fear is assured!

Dear Cowboy, I do believe this deserves a very loud "Alleluia!".....and no nightmares last night? That would deserve a second "Alleluia!"

Cowboy, been trying to PM you for 10 minutes but keep getting a message "something went wrong.Try again." Know saw a message from HU earlier that it will go down and midnight....but it's only7:30 p.m. here.

HearYou, I couldn't get into my PM either. It said I had no messages and that something went wrong. It's working now.

Thanks. I yelled for Darryl and he said just wait and things always look better tomorrow. I replied neither I nor my husband ever look better in the morning, but thanks for replying.
