Every single morning I wake up around 6am and can’t fall back asleep due to constant worrying. I feel sluggish all day and my anxiety gets to be so bad I can’t leave my house. I’m on my fourth day of trying 20mg of Celexa. Does anyone else experience this? How do I fix it?

Mornings
Mornings can be tough sometimes for me as well. I find that I think about the whole day when I first wakeup. I started to change my diet and I do feel better. Have you had recent labs run and do you know if you have sugar issues? Sometimes sugar can play havoc on us in the morning. I would recommend a full set of labs and checkup to see if you can medically figure out if you have low sugar in the morning. Also try taking a nice magnesium supplement everyday to help keep your levels calm.
Hi, constant worrying triggers your anxiety. Try to relax by taking a deep breath , hold it in for about ten seconds and Breath out. Try it several times till your body sense the calming effect of relaxation. Always drink 8 glass of water to alkanalize your body to avoid off balance and , other alternative way is to listen to your favorite music at night to calm your nerves. I do these stuff everyday. We can't just keep listening to our hearts beating faster and other symptoms that our mind creating. Relaxation is the key🙋🙋🙋😇 but, if you can't handle it just go straight to E.R. And have your CBC test done cause you never know what else you have. Better be safe right?
