i have 2 cousins that were diagnosed with anxiety disorder.
Last month my other cousin was very depressed due to a family problem.he was brought to ER many times because he always feel dizzy, shaking and feel weak. but all his lab test came back normal, then he finally decided to go to a psychiatrist and he was told that it is panic attack. so it means he also have anxiety disorder. is this really hereditary?
i never been to a psychiatrist and had these various weird symptoms as well.my medical tests are also normal. only the mri and a psychiatrist check ups i haven't been done. do u think i'm also have anxiety disorder? it's been 6 months since i started to feel lightheaded and other symptoms. i feel worried all the time, and i'm still not really sure what is this..

I get the light headed feeling And it’s defo thru anxiety symptoms. Sometimes u don’t even realise your anxious but get these weird physical symptoms a lot. It’s not nice to go thru at all
You're Right.some days are better than others, but there are times that the symptoms are getting worse! I can't stop thinking that something bad might happen to me.specially when im very stress at work or had a lacked of sleep
I know it’s hard but try not pay too much attention to the physical symptoms as it makes it feel a lot worse the more u focus on that actual symptom. I know it’s Easier said then done tho! Cos I struggle a lot too. Doctors have tried giving me antidepressants twice for my anxiety but I refuse to take them cos I’m worried about awful side effects.
I’ve been trying to look online to see if there’s anything herbal to take to control anxiety and St. John’s wort seems to have good reviews and magnesium tablets seem to sound good too but I’m even worried bout trying them too incase they make me feel funny cos I don’t like taking things if they cause drowsiness or anything
Its hereditary for me for sure. Half my family struggles with Anxiety and my sister's with depression. Go to the doctor and be assured that it is anxiety and then work on ignoring your symptoms and living your best life
