So I was driving back home from the store and there was a split second where I couldn't swallow it was so weird. Like I stopped myself from trying (that make sense?) I don't know if it's part of globes but it feels like your throats doesn't completely close? Almost the feeling of when you want to cry but hold it in and you feel a slight pain.

I have. A couple of times. Yet another crazy symptom
