Can anyone relate with your anxiety not wanting to go away? Like you feel yourself getting better but it's like your anxiety is fighting to come back and like you get anxiety about your anxiety going away. I really don't know how to describe it! Like I'm getting better but i still have little thoughts in my head that cause a little anxiety, like a little symptom in my stomach and then I think like im getting better then think about being anxiety free, then getting anxiety thinking that. Ahaha I sound crazy!
