Nighttime anxiety

Does anyone else get really bad anxiety at night time. I think it’s because I live alone, I get scared 😟 easily.

Any noise that’s not normal makes me very nervous, particularly cos I’m wheelchair bound most of the time.

My heart races and my skin itches a lot.

I can’t wait until I leave this place and move into the country. Much more safer and peaceful.
