Hello, Brother and sisters😉Hope everyone is doing well . Stop worrying too much and thinking when the anxiety symptoms will come unless , do something that makes you busy and try not to focus on how you feel unless you won't be able to breath that is a different case. I tried this technique and it works cause the more I thought about this , the more I get the symptoms. Believe me , it's all in our head. What ever we think , our brain sending signals to all parts of our nerves and organs and everything start messing up. So, in order for your body to go back to its normal function you need to relax by letting your mind focus on something that will make you forget all about those symptoms. Do some exercise if you can do it , clean your room , wash your car and so on. It's hard but as you continue doing it you will see the result. It works on my anxiety and panick attacks . And pls. No worries cause that is how this damn thing (anxiety) kicks in. If you guys have asthma do the breathing techniques that your doctor showed you. No needs to stay longer taking meds. Just give yourselves proper care and right amount of water to alkanalize your system to avoid all this problem. Hope I can be helpful. Good luck to everyone. God Bless all of us.
