A sad day

Today just was a strange sad day where I walked around in a daze and was annoyed by everything . I haven't ate right today and I feel full of sugar and caffeine and to top it all off I have a weird chesty cough that's comes and goes due to me quitting smoking ... like it really does come out of the blew mid sentence and palpations have annoyed me too .God I miss the old me . I miss the carefree girl I used be . Today was just a sad day
