This has been happening to me too. It's depression and it's awful to feeling overwhelming sadness. Go to your doctors and get some medication to help and get out in the daylight as much as possible...hope you feel better soon xx
Try hard to change your thoughts immediately. Get yourself a hobby, a goal type that you can feel good doing and accomplishing it. Even a jigsaw puzzle, anything you can think of that you may enjoy doing. I bought myself a childs pottery wheel and am making a vase for the holidays.
I am the same, if I could stop in bed I would, I wake up always thinking to myself what's today going to bring with my health, will I be able to do anything today or is it another day with pain and weakness
I’m so sorry to hear that you feel this way. I have a sister who has depression and taking care of her pets helps her to be excited waking up each day. She walks her dogs everyday and it helps her to feel less lonely. Try to do things that you think you will enjoy. Try to walk outdoors especially when it’s sunny, it’s a huge help to uplift your mood. If you think you need more help, please make an appointment with your doctor.
I pray that things will go well with you and you will soon feel better. Keep us posted. Take care.
