My anxiety is driving me crazy

I still havent had my Chest Xray and blood results back from A&E that i went to two sundays ago. I did have an ecg on this day and it was fine but they wanted to do bloods and xray coz I had just had an endoscopy. I rang my doctors and they still don’t have my results (despite asking them to be faxed a week ago) they told me to ring hospital the hospital wouldn’t give it to me so they said my doctors need to fax them again saying it’s urgent so then I had to ring my doctors again and get them to do it. It’s all a bit of a mess really and it’s making me more anxious. Like I really feel as if my heart is on the blink. Keep getting pains in chest and then also pains in my left arm :/
