Does anyone on here feel like no matter how much sleep they get, their brain is worn out? I'm at that stage. Is there something I can do about it?

It does suck I feel like I could sleep constantly and have to keep myself busy during the day or I want to take a nap

Everday..No matter what time I sleep I always feel so tired. I’ll try and get an early night but still feel worn out the next day. It’s so draining.

Sleep is one of the most important things we can do for out body.

From past experience, if it's the medication, you can try taking it at a different time or try something else.

If the quantity of sleep is ok, it's worth checking out the quality of sleep, either with a online bracelet or even having a sleep study.

A sleep study is a specialised way to monitor many of your body's physiological processes while you are asleep. Doctor are looking for things that decrease the benefits of sleep like snoring, sleep apnoea, narcolepsy, RLS, and parasomnias.

Changing your diet and doing some more exercise is helpful too :)
