Soo my blood pressure is at 118, my pulse is 97 almost 100 at rest i dont understand feel my pulse in my thrat beating and in my chest just beating hard then fast i feel like im going to have some serious heart problem feels like everything in my body is trying to accerlerate real fast pulse , heart everything its getting annoying.

You know you're fine. No one else can convince you of that but yourself, dear boy. Keep yourself busy. Why not go to a homeless shelter and help them prepare for their upcoming Thanksgiving meals, go to a dollar store and buy a few little Christmas gifts for a toy drive or help a food pantry prepare food boxes for the less fortunate. Speaking from experience, seeing people in those situations really helps put my life in perspective. Just a thought.
