Slept almost 9 hours wahoo

think my sleep is finally catching up to me after three months,, lately ive been sleeping more and more and loving it, but why do i get up half out of it like my brain is a million miles away, I know I shouldnt question it but hey its what I do lol.

Mpa5524 you question it because "Enquiring Minds want to know" lol

First of all congrats on getting a good night's sleep. Your body more likely is going into complete relaxing sleep going through all the stages including REM sleep. That's normal to feel like your brain is a million miles away when waking up. It has been. It's been in "la la land" give it a few moments to come back to reality. Stretch, breathe and say "I'm Back" with a smile. :) xx

so true, my mind does not stop, it goes from bills, to health to supper to work to wow am i back to normal oye its been so long i dont even know how its supposed to feel anymore lol. Thank you for your reply, always love your positivity :)

Can I ask how you’ve got ur sleep back on track? My sleeping has been awful for weeks 😞 I miss a good night sleep haha! X

I drink chamomile tea and 400mg of magnesium vitamin also could be the prozac kicking in. I still wake up shaky and fuzzy head for most of the day, but hey i'll take it.
