Isn't it a wonderful thing 😒 I feel tired but my brain won't stop. I feel lucky that I'm not worrying about my health this time though. Any advice or tricks on how to just fall asleep without using sleep aides or anything like that?

That was me for months then I started having chamomile tea and 400mg of magnesium at night.
I struggle falling to sleep, I’ve been putting a nice film on and having the volume on low! Put a timer on your tv for like an hour- 2 hours and just try drift off! It helps ur mind concentrate on the film and not over thinking.. also I got told to try rescue remedy night spray/drops! Can get them from ur pharmacy x
