Insomnia

Can’t bloody sleep , bored of counting sheep , I lost count at 4million , would quite happily let someone knock me out with cricket bat, just to get a few mins of shut eye. I guess this is what I have to sacrifice for going off of Mirtazapine cold turkey .

Oh dear! Cold turkey😵 Yeah, probably expect some side effects from that.

It is also a full moon and they always effect my sleep. Like, that is why I am awake😉

Read a boring book, make some hot tea and try some breathing exercises.

Good luck to you. Hope you get some rest.

Thanks for the support . To be fair I am day 14 cold turkey from 45mg, and I haven’t had any side effects other than I can’t sleep . I might still be in for a rough ride , but surely I’d be getting them by now. I could read , or I could watch the news and let all the talk of the corona virus bore me to sleep

I was just slipping back to sleep and my husband keeps gasping and choking. Dang sleep apnea he refuses to deal with🙈 So scary and frustrating! He refuses a sleep study because he refuses to use a c-pap machine, which seems very likely!

Super glue the c-pap to his mouth , stubborn man you have there . He needs to stop being stubborn , and ease his wife’s worries .

Agreed! He won’t even get a sleep study done🤬 He does not have the typical markers for sleep apnea-overweight, large neck, etc,,etc, but he has an abnormally small trachea and that makes for trouble.

Lots of very scary close calls medically for him. Just recovering from one now. Abdominal Hemorrhage after a surgery. Thought we were “good” as he was 9 days out. Wrong. He takes blood thinners, so things went haywire quickly.

I am in alanon and have noticed being back in the program and really working it helps my anxiety a lot! Not perfect, but better! Progress not perfection👏🏻

I do hope all works out ok , was his haemorrhage down to the sleep apnea? I prob sound dumb

It was not. He had a surgery Feb 24. Because he takes blood thinners, the recovery time most of us breeze through is often “iffy.”

I hope he’s ok x love to you both

I feel this in my soul. I didn’t sleep worth a crap last night. Maybe it’s the full moon.

The moon for sure!

I blame the flat earth

🤪🤪 I never knew about the moon. But it has held true for me over and over. Many times I have no idea when the full moon is. I have insomnia sans worry or anxiety etc and am just awake. Then I check the calendar and sure enough....

I’ve tried so many brands , I’ve vaped it too. It only cures mild anxiety for me, doesn’t touch sever health anxiety , so there is no chance of it helping me sleep. Appreciate your suggestion tho 🙏

I understand everything about this!

I read a ton of content on how to get better sleep naturally on the internet and whatever i think could help, i have compiled it together in this dominatevigour.com/post/how...

I hope this is helpful to you and anyone else facing the same issue.

My mental health can’t be cured with yoga . Nor my insomnia . Maybe for someone who has light symptoms , others only wished doing yoga and taking a light sedative would work
