Palpitations? Racing heart beat?

I have No idea whats wrong with me anymore. I literally Give UP!!! Iam so tired of this panic or out of body feeling! EveryNight i feel Horrible about myself!☹ dizzy nauseated and just having a fast Heart beat nearly all Day! From the Moment i woke up i felt weird. Not myself. This anxious panicky feeling has been coming and going almost all Day! I didnt eat all Day too much anxiety right now im having one. I took a hot bath to relax but feel like i made things worse help meee!!!

Alright first thing first BREATHE in through your nose 3 seconds out through your mouth for 4 seconds do this for a few minutes and youll calm down SECOND thing is are you drinking water? 8 cups a day cold weaher dehydrates you faster,

Your not eating right since you already said you didnt eat all day due to anxiety well thats reason number one is your not giving your body FUEL to get going

This out of body feeling is anxiety its depersonalization and derealization

Thank you so much I haven't been drinking water and I figured that I could be dehydrated due to the dizziness and the nauseation. I haven't been eating right all week honestly but I did eat today I missed breakfast but I ate lunch and dinner and so I feel a little bit better but my blood pressure was a little bit High so I'm kind of concerned and there goes all the anxiety thoughts again.

Hot water will increase your heart rate making it worse. Agree to increase water and find a way to distract yourself. Deep breathing.

Thank you! I just took a cold shower and im feeling. Better then yesterday, i did start drinking More water so hopefully that helps
