My head is moving or something I don't know what's going on the movement in my head makes me feel weird... I just don't know how to describe it..has anyone felt like this before or is feeling now.

Not sure but I’ve had that jerking movement of my head and it was due to anxiety I have to try very hard not to keep doing it , but go get checked and see if you can get some professional help hope your ok life’s full of very strange things think I’ve had most of them lol take care x
