You are not going crazy as crazy people think they are perfectly normal so you are more than aware of your feelings. Pressure is from holding yourself stiff due to your anxiety. Tension headache. Do you currently take any medication?
So there’s your answer! You will be fine once the effects of the weed wears off. You are overthinking & being irrational & paranoid with your thoughts. That’s typical after smoking weed. Try to steer clear from it, it’s clearly not doing you any good. Try doing some box breathing
Inhale for 5 seconds
Hold for 5 seconds
Exhale for 5 seconds
Hold for 5 seconds
This will regulate your breathing & make you feel more comfortable. Hope you feel better soon.
