VERY SCARED/ PARANOID

I feel like I can’t feel my body

I feel pressure in my head

I can’t think straight ... all I think about is if I’m going to be okay

My vision takes long to focus on something

I can’t focus when someone is talking cause all I focus on is myself

I’m going crazy and I can’t hear from the left side of my ear

I don’t know what to think anymore or how to even act

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE... I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, THINK, OR IDK

Hi, sorry to hear you are feeling this way & believe me when I say I know exactly how you feel. Try to distract yourself & not home in on these feelings as they will make them intensify.

You are not going crazy as crazy people think they are perfectly normal so you are more than aware of your feelings. Pressure is from holding yourself stiff due to your anxiety. Tension headache. Do you currently take any medication?

No but I did smoke weed and it made me feel this way

So there’s your answer! You will be fine once the effects of the weed wears off. You are overthinking & being irrational & paranoid with your thoughts. That’s typical after smoking weed. Try to steer clear from it, it’s clearly not doing you any good. Try doing some box breathing

Inhale for 5 seconds

Hold for 5 seconds

Exhale for 5 seconds

Hold for 5 seconds

This will regulate your breathing & make you feel more comfortable. Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you! I took a little nap and it seems like I’m feeling better ... still a little paranoid but hopefully it will wear off
