Woken up today with awful anxiety as I’m going out the house , any tips to get rid of those horrid belly feelings like butterflies and stuff?

Hello I'm feeling exactly the same at the minute too so I can totally sympathise, it's horrid anxiety it really is, I have it worse when going out, the only thing I do is try and ignore it the best I can when going out, and use self talk like telling yourself "it's just a symptom of anxiety that's all" and distract yourself with other thoughts, it's hard I know even I struggle to do this most of the time.
Yeah I get it the most when I go out aswell! Yeah that’s what I did today and told myself I’m not afraid I can do it and I got by. I tried rescue remedy pastilles today the blackcurrant ones for the first time and it could be coincidence but I felt the helped abit . I had music on low in the car and stayed chatty with mum
My anxiety is all physical symptoms I only get it really bad in public situations busy places, I try to tell myself it will pass stay strong , but when you feel like your going to sh** yourself or faint or maybe both it's really hard to get passed! 😔🤤😕sorry for the vivid response!!
Totally get what your saying I get really bad physical symptoms too! Hard to get past the nausea , feeling dizzy etc and try to just enjoy the day hence why I don’t go out often but I’m going to make an effort to go out more. I’ve spent so long not living my life and I can’t do it anymore xx
