Yes! I have these all the time, it’s completely normal or so I’ve been told. If you happen to hear anything different please let me know! I was very worried about my eyes at one point but I was told that this is completely normal and it’s nothing to be concerned about so I pass this message to you!

Yes I have lots of them. They are called floaters. I go to the opticians regularly and have always been told they are nothing to worry about 😊

Yes I have them all the time also. Been to several Dr’s who tell me it’s normal and my eyes are ok. Sometimes they don’t bother me other times it’s all I can think about. I guess that’s the cycle of the illness A.K.A. anxiety.

I have this and it only started happening when my anxiety flared up! I’ve been to the doctors to the opticians nothing wrong they can’t find any floaters or anything! It must just be a symptom of anxiety 😒

Hey Anxious2BeFree,

I get this a lot. I always thinks it’s from my contact lenses or something usually I’ll just be on my phone then all of a sudden I’ll see a faint black dot float by my eyes sometimes I see a squiggly looking black line like the size of a small hair and it’ll float from the middle of my vision downwards then when I look up it’ll do it again just don’t stare at them too much cause if you don’t focus on it it’ll go away :)

Hope that helps! Nothing serious just anxiety
