Soo i went out to a lounge with my friend i was drinking but i have a mean headache like really mean headache that im getting scared think im about to die or something bad is going to happen i was drinking achol but i notice everytime i drink i get really bad headaches for some reason my heart is beating hard and fast for no reason got me feeling real nervous and worried i dont even want to go ever again i feel crazy my head just feels wierd something real strange bever had this problem before im type scared at the moment i get this sort of tite feeling in my head and pressure that makes me feel like im going to die been having it for a while now plus another thing is when i drink my eyes gets really red and i get headaches brain feels wierd ughh

Headaches with alcohol just means you are dehydrated and need to drink more water.

my head is killing me for some reason i get alot of headaches while drinking not drinking heart racing punding heart but when all this happens i think about really bad things happening to me thats another thing.

I am the same I end up with a headache for a few days sometimes but always suffered with bad headaches and alcohol just makes it worse. Also I notice my heart racing more when I drink I try and not worry I know alcohol has just made me notice all these things and I’m not gonna die.

Hi Johnnie, I hope you are starting to feel better . What you felt/feel is all coming from the blood vessels first in dilating after drinking alcohol and then constricting during the hang over. It's the effect the alcohol has producing migraine type headaches. As others said, make sure you hydrate. Dehydration from the alcohol also affects the heart beat. You'll be okay, it's just a trade off from a night of drinking. (at least I hope you enjoyed your time out with your friend) Feel better
