Need some advise asap

soo im out with my friends and my heart is acting up like sowmthing wierd happen with my heart that made me cough and i feel

so nervous i just wanna have a good night with friends

Might just be palpitations. Enjoy your night with your friends. And if something were to be wrong, trust that your friends are there and are able to get you help if need be. I think you are ok though. Heart palpitations are scary but mostly harmless.

To be on the safe side, I suggest bringing up your symptoms to your Dr. You seem pretty concerned about your heart. Get an appointment and get yourself peace of mind.

Hi Johnny1234, I'm new too. Welcome. I agree with anxiouslady. I do want to stress since you didn't give a lot of info re your symptons if heart problems are a big part of anxiety for you, I would share with your doctor and ask for a workup.. Most likely your symptoms are anxiety-related, but on the off-chance they are not, it's best to know and get the treatment you need. I think, for me, anxiety often comes from not knowing instead of having facts to work with. I have some serious heart problems, including a-fib and a pacemaker. I am very far along the treatment road, have doctors I trust and because I feel I'm well taken care of my anxiety re these problems is now minimal. I'm doing fine. I wish anxiety in other areas of mylife can become better controlled. Please have your heart symptoms checked out for you own peace of mind. Take care, burmag (Burma).

i seen docters and cardiologist they said my heart is fine but sometimes it doesnt feel fine at all

Hi Johnnie1234. I'm sorry you are having cardiac symptoms as a result of anxiety..It can be so scary to have heart-related anxiety. It is a hard call and I don't have a good answer for you. I wish I did. At least your docs have looked into it . Hopefully you will get a little relief from their opinions. If it were me if anything changed I would talk to the docs again. yeah because everything is happening with my heart i dont know how come they say its fine if it keeps happening its strange i never experinced nun of this .
