Looking for some help/advise

Hi I'm looking for some help/advise on how to deal with bad anxiety and panic attacks, I've been suffering these everyday for weeks and i am at breaking point. I start sweating really bad and panic over nothing all day, i get dizzy and feel like im going to pass out all the time, im anxious and scared 24/7

Claire weekes on YouTube - it’s old footage but best advice I’ve heard. I know what you’re going through. It’s truly awful but you are ok, accept the symptoms, don’t fight them

When I try to ignore them it’s like a kid that keeps bugging until u acknowledge it and if I fight them it makes it harder

Do you have any tips on how to calm down when your feeling like this? I feel like this all day everyday

No I try to breathe and In out honestly nothing working for me like right now I’m weak scared to do anything vision bothering me

If you can't calm down on yourself,see a psychiatrist and go on with some medication for a while..For me i could not deal with this panic and anxiety disorder,i was suffering severely so have to consult to a doctor and he prescribed me some medication.Although medication is not ultimate solution,it may give you some relax while needed.

Yes,Clonazepam(0.25mg) is really being a life-saver for me..But I have been on it for about a year,and i think i have developed dependency on it,0.25 mg does not work as effectively as used to be.See a psychiatrist he/she might prescribe some other medication base on your symptoms...I don't know your situation but if you want my suggestion i will tell you to do a little exhaustible but enjoyable work,like swimming.It really relieves you out and gives you a deep sleep,otherwise a sedentary life will affect you more,that happened to me..

Did you experience any side effects when you started this? Ive had anxiety for years but never used to suffer with the panic attacks until i had my daughter its gotten so bad! Im anxious and panicky all day everyday over nothing, sweating out no where and having a panic attack for nothing at all, its really staring to control my life

At first you will feel sleepy and weak but within few days you will get used to it,i hope.By the way,how old are you?

See a doctor,he/she will helps you out of this..I have gone through a lot of hell,i know how hard it is.Most of all,don't fear,try to have a grip on you mind.Get well soon..

You got great advice here. In the meantime, try meditation, it does work. Try a beginners meditation on you tube. Positive Magazine is a good one. Also look up mindfulness meditation. This specific type helps " ground" you. It keeps u in the present moment as opposed to anxiety keeping u in the past. Yoga is very good at helping with anxiety too. Starting a good regimen takes practice with either one but even if u just try you will feel a positive difference.

If you find yourself in a panicky situation Just breathe- in through your nose, out through your mouth slowly.... Let the thoughts go. Do not fight the thoughts. It is not easy but u can do it!

Its so horrible honestly! How do you deal with this do you have anything that helps calm you down?

I try to push myself and it crippled me at times... I always feel weak and out of it like I’m going to pass out... I think I might start meds

Nope I've tried propanalol but don't feel these work that well for me

My do tor gave me lexepro and Xanax

I am so sorry you are going through this. Anxiety is such a difficult thing to deal with. Do you have a close friend or family member you could talk to? It always helps me to do that because they will know what is going on and know how to be there for me. Also, it really helps me to get outside and go for a walk. I hope everything gets better.

Thank you, yeah i have a lot of support! Its just difficult at times trying to explain whats going on in your head when you don't understand it yourself! Thanks so much
